Meet Teigen Pascual

TALENTED. HUMBLE. DRIVEN.

Teigen Pascual is a 20-year-old BMX champion with a winning mix of hard work and natural talent.

A three-time Canadian National Champion who’s been in love with competition since age four, Teigen made history in 2019 winning both the Canadian the US Amateur Girls Championship, becoming first female rider to top both podiums in the same year.  She followed that up with a #2 finish at the 2021 World Championships in the Netherlands.

With over a decade of BMX competition behind her, Teigen continues to push towards her goals as a professional BMX athlete and future Olympian. To help bring those Olympic dreams to fruition, she left her hometown of Squamish, BC, Canada, and now currently resides in Aigle, Switzerland at the UCI World Cycling Center. A hub of energy and excellence, athletes from all over the globe, spanning various cycling disciplines, come to live and train at the world class training facilities at the center.

Europe’s biking paradise has not only gifted Teigen with breathtaking scenery but has also granted her access to more technical & challenging tracks. These fresh challenges have become the perfect playground for Teigen, offering her the chance to enhance her skills and boost her confidence in both training and racing.

After overcoming an accident earlier in 2023, Teigen has returned with an unstoppable spirit, determined to secure a spot in the upcoming 2024 Paris Summer Olympics and setting her sights even further on the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics.

THE SECRET SAUCE IS HARD WORK.

To help her excel, Teigen looks to a team of qualified specialists, coaches and trainers to keep her healthy, happy, and strong throughout the year. Building on her team’s expertise, experience, and excitement for her success, Teigen trains—in-person and virtually—ten months of the year.
